Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy



Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to ride a bicycle, swim or dance because these exercises are good for maintain haelthly body metal and gain muscle. Other people like to stay healthy by eating nutritional product, haelthy fat loss meal box and boiled chicken breast. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.


For example, I like to ride the bicycle, play basketball and play badminton. The reason I like to ride the bicycle is because it can let me have exercise also let me enjoy the scenery along the way to realx. I also like to play basketball because it can move the whole body. Finally, I often like to play badminton because it is a fun sport for me.


In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat fish, nuts and vegetables at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat fish is because it is rich in protein and can aid memory. I also like to eat nuts because it add into the yogurt is taste good and rich in nutrients. Finally, I like to eat vegetables because it aids digestion and is healthy for the body.


I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much french fries, hot dogs or sausage because many of them are secondary processed and many chemicals are added, which is very unhealthy for the body.


In conclusion, do some exercises every week, whether it is a simple walk, don't stay at the home all the time. As for diet, eat less junk food, a healthy diet is very important for the body.
